You know what's been bothering me for quite a long time? Charlotte is hiding her ears because she is a half elf despite the fact that she would look like a normal elf if she didn't.

It just doesn't make sense to me. People won't notice that she is a half elf because of them. Maybe if she is with her mom but otherwise won't others just think she's an ordinary elf? Besides that she also has those almost cat like pupils elves have. Won't they see that as well? Wouldn't she need to hide them too?

Or am I missing something?
